Some of my fave custom content creators on Tumblr are: Once you start to follow a few, then Tumblr’s algorithm will get to work and start suggesting other Black Simblrs you may be interested in following based on your selection. A lot of Black Sims 4 cc creators have made Tumblr their home to share their mods, custom content, role-plays, and let’s plays.
So far, the best entry point in is through Tumblr. Finding custom content for Black Sims is no different. You suddenly become exposed to everything you had no clue you were missing out on. Like with most things, once you find a connection point into an industry, community, or group then you are in. Now, if you hadn’t figured it out already I am Black so this post will be geared towards helping other Black people who play the Sims (Black Simmers) find dope custom content for their Sims. These people put hours and hours into creating mods and custom content that reflect various communities. Well, thankfully, the Sims community has an outstanding mod and custom content community. On tumblr, it’s really easy to search up hashtags like #s4cc, #s4lookbooks or #s4mm and I’ll scroll through there a lot too.
I like to scroll through look books because you can see the cc on sims and they give you full outfits.
Personally, I find that they don’t fit the maxis match style so I like their older cc better (but maybe these ones are out of date), but if the new ones are fine with you, they are actually gorgeous. Some of these are custom content reblog sites, but their navigation pages are very easy to use and you can filter stuff through there!įor some reason, some newer hairs that people have been releasing are really flat on the top and have a different texture.
